LeadershipThe Network Room recently hosted pastors and their staff to our Church Leadership Training. The one-day workshop featured outdoor team-building activities, group discussions and a seminar portion that provided attendees with the tools to grow their church and support their pastor's vision.
 "This was awesome," said attendee Chris Johnson. "I now not only have a greater understanding of what leadership is but I'm leaving with the tools to implement what I've learned. What a blessing!" he said. The Network Room is helping congregations unlock their staffs' leadership potential through a comprehensive, biblical-based approach that helps church staff discover and asses their natural leadership ability and then integrate it into the church's mission to produce results!

LePenseurThe Network Room facilitates workshop for transitional home case managers
 
The Network Room's Executive Director, Dr. Maureen White, leads case and house managers from LePenseur Youth & Family Services  in a brainstorming session at a Core Competencies Workshop. Co-facilitator, Sabrina Peden, LCSW, helped the case managers with team building, developing and sustaining client relationships and implementation of new policies.  The agency is one of the largest providers of transitional housing for pregnant teens and teen mothers in the State of Illinois.
